TERMS OF RESALE

In order to resell the iProfit eBook Package you must agree to all of terms found below:

1. The minimum price at which you can resell the iProfit eBook Package is USD $29.95. You can sell it for more if you wish. However, you can sell the individual products found within the package at any price you want.
   
   
2. You are not allowed to include the iProfit eBook Package in another ebook/software package. However you can include the individual titles found within the iProfit eBook Package in other ebook/software packages.
   
   
3. You are not allowed to include the iProfit eBook Package in membership sites. However you can include the individual titles found within the iProfit eBook Package in membership sites.
   
   
4. You cannot give the iProfit eBook Package away for free, or offer it as a bonus for another service/product that you are offering. However you can give away for free, or as a bonus, some of the individual products found within the iProfit eBook Package. Look inside the individual products to check if they can be given away for free.
   
   
5. If you are reselling the iProfit eBook Package using the sales page that comes with iProfit eBook Package, you are allowed to modify the sales page to match you layout/color preferences. You are also allowed to change the order links, contact information and make other minor changes as long they are not misleading or false. The copyright notice at the bottom of the page cannot be changed. It must remain intact.
   
   
6. iProfit-eBook-Package will host the main program file as well as all the individual downloads contained in iProfit-eBook-Package on its servers, for your customers to download, if you sell the whole iProfit eBook Package as it is. If you sell the individual titles contained in iProfit eBook Package, then you must host the individual files on your own server.
   
   
7. You cannot promote the iProfit eBook Package by spamming.
   
   
8. iProfit eBook Package.com reserves the right to make changes at any given time to the above terms, and you will be automatically bound by the new resale terms.

If you violate any of the resale terms found above, your resale rights will be terminated immediately.
