A Record Retrieval Request is US$14.00, and may take up to 2 business days to process. Our staff will manually look up your original order information if you no longer have a receipt or proof of purchase.

After payment you will receive an eMail with a link to a form where you will input any purchase information you have, like your name, email, etc. Once we receive this information we will look up your purchase details, and eMail you back with your requested information. 

Order with PayPal/Visa/Mastercard: US$14.00   Note, you must have funds in your paypal account in order to receive an instant order confirmation. eChecks may experience a 7 day wait. If you will be paying with eCheck, please wait 7 days for funds to clear. We will eMail you the day funds clear your paypal account. If you have funds in your PayPal account, this notice does not apply, and order is confirmed via eMail instantly. Be sure you do not have any spam blocking software or filters that will prevent our eMail from reaching you. IF YOU DO NOT USE PAYPAL, The alternative would be sending a Mail Order/Cashiers check, or personal check (10 day wait) to the address below. Be sure to include the product name, your email address, any purchase information, names, alternate email addresses, that may help us locate your purchase record.
