Help! I ordered and didn't get my access codes!
I lost my password! How do I get it back?
My user name/password doesn't work!
9 out of 10 times, this is due to a simple typo. Your passwords are case sensitive, meaning PASSWORD is different from password and PassWord.
Also extra characters, even an unseen space after or before your username or
password will deny you access. Be sure there are no blank spaces before
or after your password and/or user name. This is the number one cause
of confusion and unsuccessful login attempts.
If you forgot your passwords:
You would have received an email confirmation when you joined which
contains these codes. Please try to locate that email before requesting

If your passwords still do not work:
1. Be certain you are entering them in exactly as you have chosen them, they are Case Sensitive.
Check your original receipt date, your codes will automatically expire
when your membership expires. If you ordered 1 month of access, your
passwords will expire 31 days after your original purchase. You may
renew an old membership account by logging into your old account, and
making payment. When you login to an expired account, you will see the
payment screen. All of your previous data is saved for your
convenience. When you make a payment, This will activate your old
expired account. Or you make establish a new membership by creating a new account.
